The Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry has submitted the private sector's proposals for the 2027 National Budget, drawn from consultations with members across all ten provinces.
Key recommendations include targeted tax relief for small and medium enterprises, measures to improve energy reliability for productive sectors, and simpler business licensing and permit processes.
ZACCI will continue to engage the Ministry of Finance and National Planning throughout the budget process.
