Our history
A legacy of advocacy since 1933
- 1933
Organised business representation begins in Zambia (then Northern Rhodesia).
- 1964
At Independence, the chamber movement grows alongside the new national economy.
- 1990
ZACCI is formally registered under the Registrar of Societies Act on 11 October 1990.
- Today
A national network of provincial, district and sector chambers representing every part of the economy.
